At TWCC we think that important things happen when people of faith share fellowship with one another, regardless of your age and interest, we've got plenty of ministries that will help you on your path toward deeper discipleship.
Young of Hearts (55+)
The Young of Hearts is a gathering of The Woodlands Christian Church seniors, 55 an older. Visitors are always welcome. It is our mission to respond to the spiritual and emotional needs of the senior community in our church and provide wholesome fun and fellowship. Sit down with any of our seniors and meet them, you will walk away with a new best friend. We have some truly unique and fascinating life stories. DWF: Disciples Women's Fellowship
Our goal is to make EVERY woman in our church and community feel she is part of our "FAMILY". We do this by getting together often for food, fun, and fellowship (Triple F Gathering). For more information visit the women's ministry page by clicking here.
DMF: Disciples Men's Fellowship
Disciples Men’s Fellowship at The Woodlands Christian Church is a wonderful thing! The men gather every Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. for prayer, Bible study, lots of coffee and a few donuts and kolaches. At 8:30 the Bible study ends in prayer and the hands on mission begins. Children/Youth
Our Children and Youth study, play, pray and serve. They are active in our building, in our community and in the world.
Outreach
The Outreach Department keeps before the congregation the importance of mission. These funds are distributed to 10 core groups that the church supports consisting of 4 denominational groups and 6 local organizations. We have a monthly collection of goods that are given to the food bank, pregnancy center, women’s center and homeless center. At Christmas we participate in Adopt-a-Family and gifts for seniors. We are striving to be an “externally focused church” by reaching out to our community and responding to their needs. We would love to share more information with you - just click here.
