The Woodlands Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Young of HeartsWho we are...Young of Hearts is a gathering of The Woodlands Christian Church seniors, 55 and over. Visitors are always welcome. It is our mission to respond to the spiritual and emotional needs of the senior community in our church and provide wholesome fun and fellowship. Sit down with any of our senior adults and meet them and you will walk away with a new best friend. We have some truly unique and fascinating life stories.Some of what we do...On the first Thursday of each month we gather at a local restaurant for great fellowship and a wonderful meal. Exceptions will be a Christmas party in December and a picnic in May. Postcards are mailed to those on our senior list to announce each month's gathering. We also have some great outings planned each month.
