I've been here for over two years now and discover something new and wonderful here just about every day!
God is at work here! Come and visit on a Sunday and see for yourself. We're gifted with great musicians, wonderful teens with spirits of substance, children who want to share and a team of folk who never tire of looking for ways to bring blessing and hope to others. We have elders who meet each week to pray for lots of people by name, plenty of great cooks, and a men's group who knows how to use a great smoker to keep us all in BBQ. We have some fabulous Bible scholars who teach Sunday School (we call it Disciple U) and Bible studies. In fact, some of our men gather every Saturday morning at 7:30 am for Bible Study and prayer.
There are all kinds of folks here. Some are struggling with their faith, some are new to faith, some have been around the block a time or two and live lives of faith that inspire and challenge the rest of us. There's a place here for you.
We are part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). That means that we are theologically diverse, but we focus on Christ as our Lord and Savior. We pray, play, worship, sing, serve, study, eat and more - so don't be surprised if we laugh, cry, or eat while you're here!
